Tucker Student Center is a 3-story mixed use building which is used is for Gardner Webb students and faculty. It includes coffee shop/food area, common/study areas, offices/work places and a bookstore. It is constructed of steel framing and has a deep foundation.

Health and nursing education building has 3-story's, it is located on Cleveland Community College campus. It serves the purpose as the prime educational facility for its nursing program. It is constructed with steel framing & CMU bearing, it has a deep foundation.

Apex fire station #5 was a new construction project, it consists of 1 story with mezzanine. There are two sections of the building, a fire station and police station joined together. The building is constructed with CMU bearing and has a shallow foundation.

The Town Hall of Boiling Springs is a 1-story building, with offices, conference rooms, community rooms etc, making the total room count 28. The building is constructed with CMU bearing and has a shallow foundation.

Fire station #12 is 1 story with 17,506 SF ground floor and 630 SF of mezzanine. The building has CMU bearing with a shallow foundation. Same plan used for Fire station #14 in Raleigh.
